We coach our temps
Boka Services is an accredited traineeship company that works together with town councils and other organizations. We coach our temps for job performance and offer supplementary training that is geared to their jobs and the tasks involved. Together we will create a development plan for your new employee that everyone will benefit from: your organization, the temp and your customers. We will keep in touch with the temp while this plan is carried out and will make changes with your approval if necessary. This ensures that the temp and your organization achieve their long-term and short-term goals.
Boka Body Search Training Course
The Boka Body Search Training Course is a supplementary training course for new and experienced security workers. In this course, the participants learn all about the body search technique that we developed ourself and learn how to apply this technique in their jobs at airports, events and in bars and clubs.
